This is a must visit ice cream shop! You get your money's worth for great ice cream. The Halloween decorations are fantastic! It is cash only so dont worry, they have an ATM!

Ice cream was delicious, portion sizes were very big, only 'con' I can think of is only certain items on the menu have prices listed. So for being cash only its hard to determine how much cash you need.

Great ice cream for good prices. Fast service, though I've never been there when there was a crazy line. Has a drive thru which is very convenient

I have driven past The Scoop a number of times, but never stopped. Today, however, was the perfect day to stop. It was early enough to miss the crowds, so I enjoyed an icecream cone in their little outdoor area. A great way to relax. They have an amazing selection of treats. And as you stand there to order, don't forget to look up and admire the chandelier :)

Got the pumpkin pie ice cream sundae with pumpkin ice cream not vanilla. It was ABSOLUTELY delicious . So excited they added this to their menu. Really enjoyed all the animatronic statues too while visiting the scoop. Staff is so friendly. this place Keep up the good work!

Absolutely delicious! Such a sweet lady that waited on us. Not sure if she's the owner. I got the nut roll sundae and my son got the fried oreo sundae. Both were delicious! I'll be going back for sure. And telling everyone to go also!

Delicious creamy hard serve ice cream with generous portion sizes, although my ice cream had ice crystals in parts of it like it had been frozen for too long. The hard ice cream has a good amount of mix-ins and is very thick, a good quality ice cream. It was about $10 for two small bowls of hard serve ice cream, which is pretty comparable to other ice cream spots. We parked and walked up to the storefront, but they also have a drive-thru option that was pretty busy. They do not have any prices posted, which makes it challenging to decide what to get as they have a very extensive menu. They also don’t always have all of the hard ice cream flavors advertised in stock, though this trip they had marked with checks on the menu board which flavors were available. It would be nice to have the shopping experience be a bit more customer-friendly, especially for those of us who are new to the shop.
